"The King's Curse" is the 6th and final book of the Cousin's War series by Philippa Gregory. It is the last book and it most certainly the most tedious of the series. She takes great liberties with this book, and not in ways that make for interesting storytelling. The reader gets the feeling that this was a rushed writing job by Ms. Gregory, or perhaps she just wanted to be done with the series. This is the 12th book I have read by her, and I would say it is my least favorite of them all. What a shame, since the story of Margaret Pole, the last of the Plantagenet's, is one that is very interesting and colorful
